Job summary

SP+ is hiring at our Cambridge, MA location for a facilitating role supporting daily parking operations. The position focuses on maintaining service quality, assisting customers, and upholding contractual guidelines under the supervision of the Facility Manager.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma with related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Sunday through Thursday evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some related experience or training.
• Clear spoken English; good written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with positive attitude.
• Able to adapt to changes and manage time effectively.
• Sound judgment and ability to follow company policies.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location operations.
• Improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Support daily activities and fulfill assigned duties.
• Courtesy and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
• Report incidents and safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Be familiar with garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
