Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Supervisor for evening, part-time shifts at our Indianapolis facility near IND. You will lead daily operations, supervise attendants, and ensure excellent service from arrival to departure.

Required are strong communication skills, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and cash/credit transaction handling. A valid driver's license is preferred. Join our team and help travelers start and end their journeys smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent – associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in parking or hospitality.
• Experience handling cash and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parking operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
• Lead, coach, and motivate parking attendants and frontline team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Monitor facility operations, traffic flow, and parking capacity for efficiency.
• Enforce company policies and parking regulations while maintaining a positive experience.
• Assist with shuttle operations and coordinate transportation services as needed.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately with proper accountability.
• Complete operational reports, incident documentation, and other admin tasks.
• Conduct facility inspections and promptly report maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
• Promote and follow all safety policies and procedures and act as on-duty leader.
