Fast Park & Relax in Indianapolis is seeking a Parking Supervisor for evening operations at our airport-area facility. You will lead a team, oversee traffic flow and safety, and ensure guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, parking or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate parking-related equipment.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily parking operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
• Lead, coach, and motivate parking attendants and frontline team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitor facility operations, traffic flow, and parking capacity to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce company policies and parking regulations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Assist with shuttle operations and coordinate transportation services as needed.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and maintain proper accountability procedures.
• Complete operational reports, incident documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly.
• Promote and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Serve as the on-duty leader, responding effectively to guest, employee, and operational needs.
