Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Preferred: Valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred: Previous cash handling experience.
• Preferred: A minimum of 6 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide clear, friendly assistance regarding parking, payment, or general questions.
• Resolve concerns professionally and elevate issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Accurately compute, collect, and account for all forms of parking revenue.
• Verify and maintain starting bank; complete end-of-shift reports, deposit logs, and daily checklists.
• Collect and process payments for monthly parking accounts as needed.
• Maintain an organized workstation and location-specific materials.
• Keep cashier and parking areas clean and orderly; maintain signage.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or facility maintenance needs to supervision.
• Account for all vehicles on the lot and conduct overnight audits if assigned.
