Qualifications

• Typing or word processing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate front desk activities and maintain the front desk in a neat, orderly manner.
• Maintain and file resident safety sheets and logs; update the communication log regularly.
• Respond to emergencies by contacting appropriate parties (911, fire department, police).
• Attend in-service trainings and orientations as required.
