Job summary

Firefly Children & Family Alliance in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Outpatient Therapist to support our Outpatient Services. The Therapist works to promote emotional well-being, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall functioning.

This role maintains accurate clinical documentation and ensures regulatory compliance while facilitating three evening Intensive Outpatient Treatment group sessions weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• 3+ years’ experience in child development, attachment issues, trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of work with children with abuse, neglect, family dynamics.
• Current associate license toward a clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management.

Responsibilities

• Therapy (50%): counsel a caseload of individuals, families, and groups toward treatment goals.
• Therapy Support (50%): coordinate with referral sources and complete monthly reports.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine level of need and intervention.
