You will work in a fast-paced surgical setting with emphasis on patient safety, sterile technique, and teamwork. The position offers evening shifts (11pm–7am) and requires AST and BLS certification, along with an accredited OR technician program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and accredited Operating Room Technician program required.
• Current AST certification and BLS certification required.
• Must be able to work full-time evening shift (11pm–7am) and maintain patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for procedures, ensuring instruments and supplies are sterile and ready.
• Provide scrub support to surgeons and perioperative team throughout procedures.
• Anticipate team needs and respond quickly to maintain a safe operative environment.
• Maintain sterile technique and follow infection control policies during every case.
• Handle and pass instruments accurately and assist with handling equipment between cases.
• Support patient care activities before, during, and after surgery while ensuring comfort and dignity.
