• Handle, organize, and pass surgical instruments and equipment accurately.
• Support direct patient care before, during, and after surgery with emphasis on safety and comfort.
• Assist with instrument and OR equipment cleaning and prep between procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and perioperative staff for coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement, staff education, and ongoing professional development.
