Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Certified Surgical Services Tech for the Operating Room. The role supports surgeons and nursing staff in sterile technique, instrument handling, and patient positioning. Join a team focused on safety and high-quality care in a dynamic OR environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, BLS-CST certification, and preferred prior surgical experience; on-site hours include evenings in a full-time schedule.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS-CST certification from NBSTA required or preferred.
• Previous surgical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sets the sterile environment and maintains the sterile field during procedures.
• Assists in patient positioning and transport as needed.
• Assists on all types of procedures for patients of all ages to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepares, checks, and monitors medications; assists with dressings.
• Participates in staff orientation and acts as a preceptor for new hires.
• Stocking and restocking of medical supplies to ensure availability.
• Contributes to performance improvement and quality control activities.
