Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Perioperative Services Tech to support the Surgery team. The role focuses on transporting patients to and from the perioperative area and assisting nursing staff with patient positioning.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least one year of nursing assistant or orderly experience in a hospital setting, and current BLS certification. This is a full-time, day-shift position in Arcadia, CA.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of nursing assistant or orderly experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association required.

Mansioni

• Transport or assist in transporting surgical patients to and from the Perioperative Area.
• Assist in moving and positioning patients using proper body mechanics.
• Adhere to Infection Control policies, handwashing, and isolation protocols.
