Job summary

The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional. The RN uses the BSWH nursing model to coordinate patient care, assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans while evaluating patient responses.

The RN promotes safe passage for patients by applying the Texas Nursing Practice Act and relying on staff competencies, delegating interventions appropriately, and collaborating with the care team to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Major: Nursing.
• Experience: 2 Years of Experience.
• Certification: Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS: BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
