Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the OR at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. The Evening shift (4x10) requires nights, weekend, and holiday call with a focus on perioperative nursing care.

The role emphasizes adherence to ANA standards, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with required state licensure
• BLS certification required
• 1 year RN experience for OR/float positions
• BSN preferred; ADN/ASN with BSN within 60 months

Responsibilities

• Collect health data systematically and develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications, therapies and IVs as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Document patient progress and care outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and self-management.
