Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• 2 years staff nurse experience in acute setting required.
• 2 years charge nurse/lead nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit and patient care across the department.
• Assist in hiring, transferring, and performance improvement processes.
• Develop workflows and prepare operational reports to leadership.
