Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, Global Document Services (GDS), seeks a Transactions Specialist to handle high-volume statements, notices, checks, and related tasks in a fast-paced setting. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to meet tight SLA deadlines.

You will operate a folding machine, prepare bulk mail, transport materials, and assist with cross-training in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with change adaptability.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manual folding machine and prepare bulk statements.
• Box and ship 500+ page statements, transport trays/pallets.
• Research and correct errors; follow SOPs and meet SLA deadlines.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards; prioritize workloads.
