Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and food safety.
• Hire, train, and develop department associates.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandise presentation, and inventory control.
• Achieve financial and performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Lead by example in customer service and team management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Department Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and operate store equipment.
• College degree or equivalent preferred; certification as a Food Safety Manager required within 90 days.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 60 lbs occasionally.
