City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Operations Manager to lead and support evening operations. You will manage internal team members, coordinate resources, and ensure consistent, high-quality service for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive accountability while fostering collaboration.

• Previous leadership or management experience with coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hold teams accountable while building trust and collaboration.
• Experience in operations, facilities, or a similar industry is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the evening operations team to achieve service and performance goals.
• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality standards across accounts.
• Partner with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
• Support new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer and team experiences.
• Monitor operational performance through inspections, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Second Shift Operations Manager, you’ll lead and support evening operations by managing internal team members, coordinating resources, and ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing the evening operations team to achieve service and performance goals.
• Overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring quality standards are met across assigned accounts.
• Partnering with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
• Supporting new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and team members.
• Monitoring operational performance through inspections, reporting, and regular communication with key stakeholders.
