City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Operations Manager to lead and support evening operations, coach a team, and ensure high-quality service across accounts.

You will drive operational excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, relationship-building, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• The ability to hold teams accountable while building trust and collaboration.
• Experience in operations, facilities, commercial services, or a similar industry is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support evening operations by managing internal team members, coordinating resources, and ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
• Lead, coach, and develop the evening operations team to achieve service and performance goals.
• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality standards are met across assigned accounts.
• Partner with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
• Support new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and team members.
• Monitor operational performance through inspections, reporting, and regular communication with key stakeholders.
