Peregrine Hospitality in Savannah, GA seeks a Dual Evening Manager to oversee operations for two hotels (Aloft and Fairfield Inn by Marriott Savannah Downtown). You will lead guest service, resolve guest concerns, and train staff to ensure high standards of service in the evening hours.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, collaborating with Front Desk and other departments to maintain smooth operations and safety. Marriott experience is preferred, with strong team leadership.

• Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on Duty to oversee all areas of the operation for two hotels.
• Overseeing all guest service needs and resolve concerns.
• Work alongside Front Desk Agents to cover shifts and/or breaks.
• Welcome and register guests expeditiously, provide information to guests as needed, obtain identification and credit/check approval as directed by hotel policy.
• Check departing guests out of the hotel as per hotel procedures.
• Assist in Food and Beverage as needed.
• Assist in Housekeeping as needed to turn and inspect rooms.
