This role anchors the daily shift, supervises the administrative team, and coordinates the DMV-area in-person meetings as needed. You will supervise coaching sessions, classes, and digital programs, ensuring on-time launches with the right resources, while handling complex inquiries with a concierge-style approach.

Qualifications

• Commitment to growth and long-term leadership
• Overseeing a team, shift, or project lead experience (Stage Management highly applicable)
• Availability to work 10:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend events
• Theatre knowledge to communicate with our specialized clientele and faculty

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST block with remote oversight
• Lead and coordinate annual in-person events (e.g., Camp Callback)
• Oversee daily flow of coaching sessions, classes, and digital programs
• Serve as senior point of contact for families/students during peak evening hours
• Audit and refine internal workflows (CRM, scheduling, billing) to improve efficiency
• Grow into a full managerial position through collaboration with executive leadership
