Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily department operations, drive efficiency, and ensure adherence to established procedures. You will supervise a team, coordinate workflows, monitor progress, and identify bottlenecks to streamline performance in OR Perioperative Operations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; experience can substitute. 5–7 years in operations with supervisory background required.

Solid understanding of supply chain management, process improvement methodologies, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and direction.

Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to streamline operations.
Track and assess KPIs to evaluate team performance and overall effectiveness of operations.
Identify training needs and provide coaching or training sessions to enhance skills.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure standards are met.
Assist in budget planning and control by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
