Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital in Boston is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of the OR Perioperative Operations department. You will supervise a team, coordinate workflows, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements to ensure efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5–7 years of operations experience and 3–5 years in supervision.
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to established procedures.
