First Call Hospitality, Inc. is seeking an Evening Operations Manager for TownePlace Suites/Fairfield Inn in Sikeston, MO.

The role leads hotel and onsite restaurant/bar operations during the evening shift, coordinating front desk, dining, and guest services to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will report to the General Manager, supervise evening teams, manage revenue controls, and ensure safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or similar service industry roles.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to think quickly and calmly in dynamic situations.
• Clear and effective communication skills—written and verbal.
• Comfort with basic administrative tasks such as shift reporting, scheduling notes, and nightly audits.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to make a positive impact on every guest and team member.

Responsabilités

• Act as the property’s manager-on-duty during evening hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence across hotel and restaurant functions.
• Supervise evening hotel operations, including the front desk, housekeeping coordination, and guest services.
• Support restaurant/bar staff during peak evening hours to ensure high-quality service and adherence to brand standards.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with evening cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting procedures.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and service quality across all guest-facing areas.
• Provide coaching, leadership, and support to evening team members.
• Communicate clearly with day leadership teams to ensure consistent service and goal alignment.
