First Call Hospitality, Inc. is seeking an Evening Operations Manager for TownePlace Suites/Fairfield Inn in Sikeston, MO.

The role leads hotel and onsite restaurant/bar operations during the evening shift, coordinating front desk, dining, and guest services to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will report to the General Manager, supervise evening teams, manage revenue controls, and ensure safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or similar service industry roles.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to think quickly and calmly in dynamic situations.
• Clear and effective communication skills—written and verbal.
• Comfort with basic administrative tasks such as shift reporting, scheduling notes, and nightly audits.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to make a positive impact on every guest and team member.

We’re looking for an Evening Operations Manager who is ready to take charge of the hotel and our onsite restaurant/bar, during evening operations. This is a key leadership role that helps drive the guest experience, support our teams, and uphold the standards of both Marriott brands and First Call Hospitality.

The Role:

The Evening Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel and food & beverage operations during the evening shift. This includes leading front desk and restaurant staff, supporting guest needs, resolving service issues, and ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently in the absence of senior management. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and coordinate closely with department leads, ensuring seamless communication between shifts and departments.
