Job summary

Maggie Daley Park seeks a Second Shift Operations Coordinator to oversee all evening operations, including the rock-climbing wall and ice-skating ribbon. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, recreation, facility management, or similar field.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Supervisory experience with part-time or seasonal staff.
• Familiarity with climbing wall safety and ice rink operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee second-shift operations at Maggie Daley Park, including Rock-Climbing Wall and Ice-Skating Ribbon.
• Supervise part-time staff and seasonal personnel; assist with interviews, hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure safety protocols, uniform adherence, and incident documentation.
• Coordinate with park stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and guest experience.
• Serve as on-site leadership representative during operating hours; address guest concerns promptly.
• Plan seasonal transitions and monitor weather to support safe operations.
