City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Manager to oversee evening operations for commercial facilities. You will work with Independent Contractors, Facility Solutions Managers, and clients to ensure high standards are met, with an emphasis on problem solving and customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes independence, ownership, and impact on client success while operating second shift, typically 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a leadership role overseeing operations.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and managing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating expectations, providing coaching, and resolving issues.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure services meet client specifications and City Wide standards.
• Partner daily with Facility Solutions Managers and fellow Second Shift Managers to communicate client concerns and priorities.
• Execute City Wide's New Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, STAR Policy, and other procedures.
• Manage client requests, service concerns, new client starts, and priority accounts requiring attention.
• Make recommendations regarding contractor assignments and performance improvements.
