Job summary

DATAMARK is seeking an Operations Associate to support Disputes, Customer Services and Centralized Fulfilment. The role performs investigation and resolution of debit card disputes, processes account maintenance requests and updates customer information, and handles fulfilment tasks in line with Bank SOPs.

The ideal candidate will maintain high accuracy, follow established procedures, manage multiple tasks in a queue-based environment, and support cross-functional teams across banking operations.
