• Maintains compliance of personnel files and HR data; updates job descriptions and HRIS.
• Supports recruiting and onboarding processes, including postings and scheduling.
• Coordinates onboarding and new-hire orientation; ensures timely Form I-9 processing.
• Supports exit interviews and termination processes with proper notifications.
• Gathers data through focus groups/surveys to identify improvements in team member relations.
