Butterball, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist for a fully onsite role with a scheduled shift of 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. You will administer HR policies, handle day-to-day activities including employee relations, development, coaching, and HR data maintenance across Butterball's NC manufacturing facilities and offices.

Responsibilities include coaching, compliance with EEO/AAP & OSHA, recruiting support, onboarding, and data integrity across HRIS.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant HR experience or the ability to succeed in the role.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for supervisors and team members on routine employee relations matters.
• Foster relationships, provide coaching and education as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders to resolve problems and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
• Assist in monitoring leaves, personnel files, job descriptions, and HRIS data updates.
• Help maintain affirmative action programs, reports, and regulatory compliance (EEO/AAP & OSHA).
• Assist with data maintenance and HRIS system modules (performance management, recruiting, onboarding, LMS).
• Support recruiting and hiring processes from job postings to background checks and offers/declinations.
