Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree required.
• Mental health licensure preferred (LPC/LSW).
• Experience in crisis intervention or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced or high-stress environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the community.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize client needs and available resources.
• Provide timely and appropriate clinical interventions.
• Conduct hospital pre-screening assessment services.
• Act as a liaison with other agencies and maintain knowledge of community resources to meet client needs.
• Assist in addressing consultation and education needs within the service area.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to ensure accessibility of crisis intervention mental health services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
