West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor to lead the evening nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. The role is full-time (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and located on-site at the facility.

The position offers a salary of $77,500 to $87,500 per year, with comprehensive medical and dental benefits, PTO, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license active and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of direct care in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the evening nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with DON and ADON to optimize daily clinical operations.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed for safe resident care.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and support staff.
