Job summary

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health family, seeks an RN or LPN Evening Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure resident-centered care on the full-time evening shift.

You will mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality outcomes and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Louisiana.
• Leadership experience as nursing supervisor, charge nurse, or similar role.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to promote a positive team environment.
• Provide clinical leadership and make independent decisions to support resident care needs.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident care as needed.
• Promote compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.
