• Appointment scheduling: collect demographics, referrals, insurance info, schedule per practice.
• Answer telephones: relay messages to appropriate staff.
• Patient checkout: arrange referrals, obtain insurance authorization, enter procedure data.
• Encounter ticket management: ensure tickets are completed and charges submitted timely.
• General clerical support: handle supplies, filing, Mail, and staff orientation.
