Job summary

Guardian Angels Senior Services in Elk River, MN, is seeking a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) for the 100 Wing at Guardian Angels Care Center. The role offers part-time hours and an opportunity to provide resident-centered care under a licensed nurse’s supervision.

The NAR will help residents achieve their highest physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function, while documenting care and observations and maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA and center policies.

Qualifications

• MN Nursing Assistant Registry current registration.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care for residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document cares provided and resident observations accurately.
• Assist residents to achieve highest possible physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and center policies.
• Follow infection control guidelines and safety standards in all duties.
