Job summary

Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) to join the Long Term Care team on the 300 Wing. Under supervision of a licensed nurse, the NAR provides respectful, resident-centered care to help residents achieve their highest physical and cognitive function.

This part‑time night role offers $22.72–$27.34 per hour, with 32 hours per pay period and every other weekend or holiday.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age, or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document cares provided and resident observations accurately.
• Assist residents to achieve their highest function across physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual domains.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Uphold facility standards, infection control, and safety policies.
