Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Supply Chain Leader in Minneapolis to oversee daily operations, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and collaborate with department heads on labor and nonlabor costs.

The role focuses on inventory control, process improvements, and vendor/customer partnerships to optimize performance and support patient care. Evening/night shift with four 10-hour shifts and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with required competencies.
• 2–5 years in inventory, materials control, or receiving, storage, picking and cycle counting.
• Experience leading teams and managing labor costs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise supply chain employees and drive KPI results and staff development.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors; represent site with outside partners.
• Develop and improve inventory control and put-away processes to cut errors.
• Provide change management leadership for initiatives.
