Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system providing care across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This position leads patient care operations during absences of senior leadership, coordinating communications, resources and patient placement across departments to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Evening/night shifts and 12-hour schedules support 36 hours per week with every 3rd weekend rotation. The role requires an Associate's or Vocational nursing degree, plus at least 2 years in acute care

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years in an acute care setting with 1 year as charge nurse or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the representative of hospital administration in their absence.
• Manages staffing resources and placement decisions to ensure patient care.
• Provides guidance to staff and coordinates patient admissions and transfers.
