Job summary

Allina Health Sleep Center in Coon Rapids is seeking an experienced leader for an evening shift role. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate across day, evening, and night teams to ensure efficient sleep center services.

The role requires managing staffing, training, and policy implementation to uphold high-quality patient care in a complex clinical environment. This leadership position covers Allina Health Lung and Sleep services in Edina and Coon Rapids.

Qualifications

• Associate's or vocational degree in healthcare required.
• 2–5 years of clinical operations experience in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Experience in budgeting, program facilitation and staff education.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and drive process improvements.
• Interview, hire and onboard staff; conduct orientation.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and develop in-service topics.
• Ensure staff training and competency in department areas.
• Develop and implement department policies with the manager.
• Assess staffing levels and allocate resources.
• Support staff education on new systems and tools.
• Provide patient education.
