Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage supplemental staffing requirements across departments.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain staffing schedules for all shifts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and plans.
• Assist with maintaining scheduling of supplemental staff in scheduling software.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies related to employment and benefits.
• Source, screen, and onboard supplemental staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing activities and compliance.
• Monitor workforce utilization and provide regular reports to management.
• Address staffing-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within staffing processes.
