Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Off-Shift Director for Clifton Springs Nursing Home in the Long-Term Care department. The role provides oversight of RN/LPN/CNA staff, solves clinical issues, and partners with the nurse manager to plan care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• One to three years of nursing experience.
• RN - NYS licensure (required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Oversees short & long-term Nursing Dept. staff schedules per established guidelines.
• Facilitates emergency medical assessment & care of residents including interventions and resources.
• Coordinates rapid admissions with Nursing Staff and admissions department.
• Promotes in-services to nursing staff per master schedule/plan.
• Provides continuity of resident status with hospital supervisory staff and Nursing Administration.
• Supervises the M.D.R. and ensures safe mealtime and proper documentation.
