101 Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic seeks an Off-Shift Director to oversee RN/LPN/CNA staff on the Clifton Springs Nursing Home unit. The role ensures smooth daily operations and supports the nurse manager in care planning and achieving targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, emergency care, and unit-level staff development while maintaining excellent patient service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• One to three years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees short & long term Nursing Dept. staff schedules per established guidelines.
• Facilitates units in emergency medical assessment & care of residents.
• Serves as a clinical resource person to staff in problem solving and assessments.
• Coordinates with Nursing Staff resident units & admissions dept. for rapid admissions.
