Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting. The role requires an LPN license in Minnesota, and offers full-time hours with evenings/nights and weekend rotation.

From 4:00 pm to 4:30 am, you’ll help with medication administration, patient care, and care coordination within an interdisciplinary team, with various shift incentives and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Active LPN license in Minnesota (or multi-state licensure).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of a RN, APP, or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain documentation of resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.
