Job summary
Good Samaritan – Bethany is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a 79-bed long-term skilled care facility in Brainerd, MN. You will work under supervision with RNs/physicians, administer medications, and document care in a team-focused environment.
The role includes evening/night shifts, a bi-weekly 72-hour schedule, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus if eligible.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have 400 hours of experience as LPN.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision by a RN, APN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident safety and well-being.
