The position offers an evening shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) with weekend rotation, bi-weekly hours totaling 64, and eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Requires maintaining required CEU and competency trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to plan and implement care.
