Job summary
Good Samaritan – Bethany, a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility in Brainerd, MN, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care under supervision. The role includes evening/night shifts (4:00pm–4:30am), bi-weekly 72 hours, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus if eligible, with weekend rotation and shift incentives.
Candidates must be a Minnesota-licensed LPN and may have an associate degree in practical nursing.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota.
- IV therapy/management skills required (North Dakota).
- Experience in long-term care nursing and geriatric populations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care and medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and communicate with residents and families.
