Bridgewell is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Dracut, MA. You will support people with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities across a residential program, providing daily living assistance, skills training, community integration, and safe medication administration.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience. A valid US driver’s license and ability to operate a wheelchair van are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience in the same position.
• Experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Must hold a valid US driver's license and be able to drive a large vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and assist people with skills training in daily living activities.
• Develop independence by creating opportunities and supporting decision making.
• Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.
• Maintain documentation and shift checklists according to standards.
• Transport and accompany people to activities and appointments.
