Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, mobility, and ensuring infection control standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• State-approved Nursing Assistant Certification and valid CNA license are required.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Document patient care and observations in real time.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse promptly.
• Assist in dining, feeding residents, and monitoring oral intake.
• Transport patients to therapies and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient rights, privacy, and dignity at all times.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and hand hygiene.
