Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Sheraton Galleria Dallas location seeks a Front Desk Specialist to balance room, restaurant and bar daily activities, post and balance charges, and maintain orderly records for next-day operations. You may also serve as a front desk agent when needed, greeting guests professionally and ensuring accurate check-in procedures.

Reliable hospitality experience, strong math skills, and courteous, clear communication are essential to deliver the renowned service

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including AR/AP.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work and post settlements.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Balance all revenue and settlements; ensure accuracy of reports.
• Assist Front Desk during shift and greet guests with a friendly welcome.
• Process registrations, input guest data and assign rooms.
