Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a nurse supervisor to manage all aspects of a specialty area, directly supervise staff, oversee inventory, and assign team members. The role coordinates case planning and patient flow while implementing processes to ensure quality and fiscal responsibility for the unit.

The position requires an RN license (Georgia Registered Nurse or Multistate Nursing License) and supervisory experience, with BSN preferred. CPR is expected within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or 2 years of college coursework.
• Experience: 1 year of related experience; working knowledge of standard practices.
• CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BSN preferred.
