Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience; combination considered.
• Able to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, lifting 50 lbs).
• Follow basic work routines and standards, with basic discretion.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong organization and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs; track completion.
• Support energy management and ensure building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety; report violations.
• Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision.
• Contribute to operations with clearly defined duties and methods.
• Deliver output in line with established guidelines.
