Job summary

CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Local seeks a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This role supports energy management and facility operations with a safety-first approach.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or trade school training, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Strong communication and basic work routines understanding.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs; track completion.
